S. Korean Authorities Urged to Stop Anti-DPRK Acts
Pyongyang, September 16 (KCNA) -- The General Association of Koreans in China released a statement on September 14.

The south Korean authorities are crying out for "building confidence", "improving relations" and resuming the north-south high-level contacts in a bid to make the public convince that they are interested in the improvement of the north-south ties, a mockery of the nation and a deception of the world, the statement said, and went on:

Such hostile acts as slandering the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK, scattering anti-DPRK leaflets and staging the north-targeted joint military exercises show that the south Korean authorities' hypocrisy and deception have reached the extremes.

They organize anti-DPRK plot-breeding organizations, actively instigate them behind the scene and hurl such human scum as "defectors from the north". They do not hesitate such hostile acts as inveigling vicious religious organizations of the U.S. and blocking the north-south ties from developing.

The General Association and all other Koreans in China strongly demand the south Korean authorities stop acts inciting mistrust and confrontation and opt for improving the north-south relations with sincere stand and attitude.
