DPRK-Russia Stamp Show
Pyongyang, September 12 (KCNA) -- A DPRK-Russia stamp show is going on at the Korean Stamp Museum here.

On display at the show are a large number of stamps, presented by philatelists of the DPRK and Russia, which give a glimpse of the history, culture and present-day development of both countries.

Among the exhibits are stamps collected by Pu Yong Jin, a researcher of Pyongyang Medical College of Kim Il Sung University, Sin Kum Chol, a creator of the Mansudae Art Studio, and Kim Hyon Nam, section chief of the Munsu Recovery Center, and An Jun Ok, an official of the Ministry of External Economic Relations.

What catch visitors' eyes in particular are the stamps picturing President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il on visits to the Russian Federation.

And there are stamps featuring animals and plants, famous scientists of the DPRK and Russia and the 22nd Winter Olympics held in Sochi.

The stamps picturing the castle and towers of Kremlin and a Russian woman pilot have also come under attention of visitors.
