S. Korean Resident Handed over to S. Korean Red Cross

Pyongyang, September 11 (KCNA) -- The Central Committee of the DPRK Red Cross Society handed over a south Korean resident, who illegally entered into the territory of the north side, to the south Korean Red Cross via Panmunjom Thursday.
