First Vice-Chairman of Russian Federation Council Visits Kumsusan Palace of Sun

| Pyongyang, September 4 (KCNA) -- Alexandr Torshyn, first vice-chairman of the Federation Council of Russia, and his party visited the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun on Thursday. They paid high tribute to the statues of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il. They paid homage to Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il who lie in state. They went round the halls where orders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il received are preserved and the halls that house cars, electric car, boat and train coaches used by them for field guidance and foreign tours till the last moments of their lives. Alexandr Torshyn wrote in the visitor's book that the great leaders of the Korean people made great contributions to developing the Russia-DPRK friendly relations. |
