Message to President of European Council

| Pyongyang, September 3 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, Tuesday sent a congratulatory message to Donald Tusk on his election as president of the European Council at the EU summit. The message wished the president successes in his future work, expressing the belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the DPRK and the EU would grow stronger in various fields in the future. |
