The fascist court accused the permanent representative of posting poems and articles praising the north on website from January, 2011 to November the next year and quoting articles posted on website of the north, charging him with a violation of the SL.

At a trial held at the Seoul Central District Court on August 29 the puppet prosecution demanded prison terms for four teachers under the Teachers Union.

The prosecution took such actions against them on the suspicions that what they taught was systematic ideological education and designed to spread the north's social system.

Meanwhile, the puppet constitutional court made a decision to restrict the political activities of teachers, thus backing the moves of the fascist authorities to outlaw the Teachers Union.
