Hanging on the wall of the venue of the seminar were the portraits of smiling President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and photos documenting the undying feats of Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Also displayed there were works of the peerless great persons of Mt. Paektu and books introducing Songun Korea.

Present there were the director general, secretary general and directors of the Asian Regional Institute of the Juche Idea, a delegation of the Social Scientists Society of Korea and other delegations of Juche idea study organizations of different countries, the Nepali minister of Women, Children and Social Welfare, the general secretary of the C.C., the Nepal Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist) and other personages of Nepal.

The DPRK ambassador to Nepal and his embassy officials were invited.

Congratulatory speeches were made by the Nepali minister of Women, Children and Social Welfare, the general secretary of the C.C., the Nepal Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist) and the head of the delegation of the Social Scientists Society of Korea.

The director general of the Asian Regional Institute of the Juche Idea in a keynote report said that if the Asian countries are to dynamically advance toward the road of independent development while adhering to the anti-imperialist stand, they should take the Juche idea as the steadfast guidelines. He went on:

The Juche idea is the guidelines powerfully propelling the independent development of countries and nations. This is clearly proven by the Korean revolution which has won victories under the banner of the Juche idea.

The great Comrade Kim Il Sung founded the Juche idea, the guiding idea in the era of independence, won victory in the anti-Japanese war and the Fatherland Liberation War against U.S. imperialism by relying on the people under the banner of the Juche idea and successfully advanced the anti-imperialist, anti-feudal democratic revolution and socialist revolution and construction.

By relying on the Songun revolutionary idea and Songun politics based on the principle of independence, the great Comrade Kim Jong Il resolutely shattered the ever-mounting moves of the imperialist allied forces to stifle the DPRK, firmly defended Korean-style socialism and provided a sure guarantee for the building of a thriving nation.

The floor was taken by the chairman of the Nepal Journalist Association for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Politics, chairman of the Mongolian Centre for the Study of Juche, chairman of the Bangladesh Institute of the Juche Idea, secretary general of the Pakistan Association for Self-Reliance Studies, secretary general of the Sri Lanka Society for Self-Reliance Studies and other personages of different countries.

A letter to Marshal Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar.
