Hessou Kohovi, chairman of the Benin-Korea Amicable Association "Long Live Kim Jong Il, Supreme Leader" and chairman of the Benin National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, said in a speech:

The U.S. and south Korean authorities are kicking off UFG despite the unanimous protest and denunciation of the world peace-loving people.

UFG is dangerous nuclear war drills aimed to make a surprise preemptive strike on the DPRK.

The U.S. is describing UFG as "annual and defensive one" to conceal its aggressive nature and danger but it is the self-evident fact that this is an unpardonable criminal act of disturbing the peace and security on the Korean peninsula and in the region.

Pascal Zouncheme, chief of the Benin Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, said:

The U.S. has already rounded off the plans for a war of aggression against the DPRK and is ceaselessly kicking off war maneuvers in various names every year.

The U.S., stop UFG at once.
