Looking at the slogan "Let us defend with our very lives the Party Central Committee headed by the respected Comrade Kim Il Sung!" displayed over the front gate of the soldier's hall, he said it is a good slogan fully representing the steadfast will of the servicepersons and civilians. Reflected in the slogan is the strong demand that all the people should absolutely trust in and follow only their leader and sacrifice themselves for the party and leader, he said, adding that the army was the first to put up such slogan.

Then, he stressed that the servicepersons should always remain faithful to President Kim Il Sung and, to this end, it is needed to intensify the ideological education in the KPA.

And he advanced tasks to strengthen the KPA's combat ability in every way, underlining the need to conduct intensive combat and political training.

His inspection made a new milestone in developing the KPA into an army of the leader and party.
