She was born as a daughter of a tenant farmer in Juche 3 (1914) in the period of the Japanese imperialists' rule. It wasn't until the liberation of the country by President Kim Il Sung that she could lead a worthy life.

She made patriotic devotion as an ordinary farmer to live up to the loving care of the party and the leader.

Even after becoming a pensioner, she kept herself busy doing a lot of good work under the advantageous socialist system.

Having balanced diet, she keeps herself optimistic and helps her children in their work.
