S. Korean Puppet Forces Slammed for Talking about "Orthodoxy"
Pyongyang, August 15 (KCNA) -- There spreads in south Korea a strange rumor slandering the DPRK, fortress of national independence, while distorting the historic significance of the August 15 liberation of Korea and justifying the fabrication of the puppet regime. The puppet forces are distorting the reality as if the regime were carrying forward any "orthodoxy", clamoring about its "root" and "history".

Commenting on this, Rodong Sinmun Friday terms it an unbearable mockery of the anti-Japanese martyrs who laid down their lives for the cause of the country's liberation and an unpardonable racket besmirching the proud history of the Korean nation which undauntedly fought against the aggression by foreign forces for the sake of the nation's sovereignty. It goes on:

The south Korean authorities are loudly talking about "law" and "orthodoxy". It is linked with their treacherous attempt at unification of social systems.

The puppet ruling forces are busy leading "unification" by peddling the "doctrine of gaining a great opportunity of unification" and "Dresden declaration" and, at the same time, misleading public opinion by setting up the "unification preparatory committee" and crying out for "getting ready for unification".

However, the unification of social systems which escalates mistrust and confrontation between the north and the south and brings even disasters of war is being unanimously rejected and denounced by the whole nation, to say nothing of south Koreans.

With no sophism such as "spirit of March 1 independence" and "orthodoxy" can the south Korean puppet forces justify the colonial puppet regime and conceal their ugly colors as traitors.

They had better do what they should do for the nation with the sound spirit, not staging a burlesque with strange rackets.

Minju Joson says the puppet group should stop talking about "orthodoxy", mindful that they can neither write off nor distort history.
