Paper of Czech Republic Supports DPRK's Measures for Bolstering up Military Capability
Pyongyang, August 5 (KCNA) -- Now that the ceaseless military drills being waged by the U.S. on the Korean peninsula and in its vicinity are provocative in their nature, it is very just that the DPRK is bolstering up its military capability, said the paper of the Czech Republic Halo Noviny on Aug. 1 in an article titled "DPRK is exercising its right to self-defense".

The UN Security Council on July 17 "condemned" the DPRK at an unofficial meeting in which it termed even the launch of short-range missiles by the DPRK a violation of the so-called "resolution", the paper said, and continued:

Each country has the right to defend oneself and develop arms and equipment.

The recent firing of tactical rockets by the DPRK is part of the exercise of such a right.

The U.S. launched numbers of missiles in their military drills against the DPRK and openly staged actual maneuvers with nuclear hardware involved, but the UN has never called this into question.

No one can vouch that the military drills staged by the U.S. will not go over into an all-out invasion of the DPRK.
