Present at the signing ceremony from the DPRK side were members of the friendship delegation of Phyongsong City headed by An Myong Ok, chairperson of the City People's Committee, the DPRK ambassador to Nepal and his embassy officials and from the Nepalese side were members of the leadership of the Central Committee of the Nepal Worker-Peasant Party including Chairman Narayan Man Bijukchhe, the administrator of the city, personages from all walks of life and citizens.
