The statement said:

The Bolivian people who experienced the imperialists' moves for the national estrangement know well about the harmfulness of the imperialists and their followers' moves to perpetuate the division of Korea and pain the Korean nation is suffering.

The Korean nation should be certainly reunified as it is the homogeneous nation.

The DPRK has already made the most just and reasonable proposals for reunification including the proposal of founding the Democratic Federal Republic of Koryo and made sincere efforts to realize them.

We fully support the statement issued by the DPRK government to improve the north-south relations and usher in a turning phase of independent reunification.
