Defendant Praises DPRK at S. Korean Court

| Pyongyang, July 18 (KCNA) -- A south Korean defendant shouted a slogan praising the DPRK at a trial, touching those present there, according to south Korean CBS on July 16. He was detained on the charge that he posted an article praising the DPRK on his website in May 2011. He fully expressed his longing for the DPRK in defiance of several indictments and trials. Much upset by this, the Chongju District Court held a trial again and sentenced him to a prison term. The moment he shouted at the top of his voice "Long live the great Democratic People's Republic of Korea!" |
