The achievements include a new technology of direct sowing culture, which helps ensure stable grain yield while shortening the farming process and consuming less materials, and a technology for cultivating big rice seedlings that is helpful to safe double cropping.

The college also produced broad-spectrum fungicide for disinfection of seeds of all crops.
