Pak Yong Jin, director of the Taesong Guidance Bureau, in an inaugural speech underscored the need to push ahead with the mass technological innovation movement, round off the combined production system, keep the whole production processes in full-capacity operation and thus supply lots of foodstuffs to public catering establishments.
