They laid bouquets before the mosaics depicting smiling President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il in Chongjin City and paid tribute.

The captain and crewmen of the Sierra Leone-flagged ship JIN ZHAO 11 were present at the meeting.

The speakers praised Kim Jong Il as a representative of the WPK and a peerless elder statesman who, possessed of matchless political caliber and noble popular virtues, led the WPK and the Korean revolution to one victory after another.

The WPK turned into a party dignified with the august name of Kim Il Sung, a party firmly rallied around the leader in one thought and will and a mighty party which formed a harmonious whole with the people, they said and went on:

Thanks to the leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un who formulated Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism as the guiding idea of the WPK the sacred history of Kim Jong Il's leadership over the party is shining more brilliantly.

They expressed conviction that the WPK would always shine as the glorious party of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il under the outstanding and tested leadership of Kim Jong Un.

A letter to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the meeting.
