Actions against Japanese Ultra-Rightist Conservative Elements Called for by Korean in Japan
Pyongyang, June 17 (KCNA) -- Ri Hwa U, a member of the Secretariat of the Gunma group for the probe into the truth about the forcible drafting of Koreans, on June 11 called for checking the reckless acts of the Japanese ultra-rightist conservative elements desperately attempting to remove the monument to the memory of the Korean victims of the forcible drafting, according to Minjok Thongsin, an internet paper of Koreans in the U.S.

He noted that the monument erected at a park in Gunma Prefecture is on the verge of being removed due to the moves of the Japanese ultra-rightist conservative elements.

Korean residents in Japan and fair-minded Japanese people are making efforts in every way to protect the monument at any cost.

He called on overseas Koreans' organizations to join in this action.
