Korean Film Shows Held Abroad
Pyongyang, June 15 (KCNA) -- Korean film shows took place in Iran, Indonesia, Malaysia and Nigeria between June 3 and 5 on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il's start of work at the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK).

Films shown included Korean film "Pyongyang Today."

After watching the film, the director of an Iranian diamond company said that Kim Jong Il turned the DPRK into a political, ideological and military power which no formidable enemy dares provoke by pursuing the unique Songun politics.

The director of an Indonesian company noted that he came to know better about the personality of the DPRK's leaders as the great men through his visit to the International Friendship Exhibition House where treasures of eternal value praising the sun are on display.

The director of a Malaysian company praised Kim Jong Il as the great politician who built the WPK to be a powerful party.

A department director of the Ministry of Education in Yobe State, Nigeria said that he keenly felt again the leadership ability of Kim Jong Il, seeing the DPRK rising up as a socialist fortress unfazed by the moves of the imperialist allied forces who have gone to extremes to stifle it.

The director of the agriculture department of the Ministry of Agriculture in Yobe State, Nigeria noted that the demand and interests of the people served as the standard and starting point of Kim Jong Il's all thoughts and practices and to realize them was the most important work for him that can never be compromised.
