Severe Punishment of Criminals Demanded in S. Korea
Pyongyang, June 14 (KCNA) -- The Citizens Solidarity for Democratic Society of south Korea on Tuesday in a commentary demanded the prosecution severely punish the criminals who opened the minutes of the north-south summit to public.

The commentary recalled that the prosecution announced the results of its investigation into the case of opening to public the minutes of the south-north summit.

The results laid bare the fact that the prosecution directed all efforts to declaring such arch criminals as Kim Mu Song and Jong Mun Hon, lawmakers from the "Saenuri Party," not guilty, the commentary noted, and went on:

We bitterly condemn the prosecution for clearing of the charges of those who illegally opened to public the confidential document and abused the south-north relations for their political purposes.

The prosecution did not investigate at all Kim Mu Song's crime which was impossible to commit without seeing the original of the minutes and imposed a light penalty on Jong Mun Hon.

On the contrary, the lawmaker from the opposition party who disclosed the Intelligence Service's involvement in the election rigging was prosecuted for detaining a woman agent of the Intelligence Service.

The investigation results offer a good example proving why the prosecution is called political prosecution. The criminals deserve a severe punishment.
