Limitless Investigation for Probe into Truth behind Ferry Sewol Disaster Demanded in S. Korea
Pyongyang, June 2 (KCNA) -- The Bar Association for Democratic Society of south Korea held a meeting in Ansan, Kyonggi Province on May 29 calling for thoroughly probing the truth behind the ferry Sewol disaster, according to south Korean KBS.

The association made public the results of intermediary examination of the 17-point task proposed for the probe into the truth on May 8.

It is possible to hold the maritime police responsible for the compensation for damage and charge it with the violation of the "law on public workers", neglect of its duty, accidental homicide on duty and murder as it deliberately did not take rescue measures though it could save hundreds of passengers aboard the sinking ferry, it noted.

It underlined the need to make a limitless investigation into not only the captain and crewmen of the ferry but also the "government" and supervision organs.
