Unreasonable Conclusion of Military Agreement with Japan Opposed
Pyongyang, June 2 (KCNA) -- Voices opposing military nexus with Japan are loudly heard in south Korea.

The Citizens Solidarity for Democratic Society of south Korea released a commentary on May 29 disclosing the injustice of the sharing of military information with Japan.

The commentary said the military authorities of south Korea, U.S. and Japan are mulling discussing the plan for sharing military information. This is the advance work to establish the U.S.-led missile defense system by sharing information about north's missiles between south Korea and Japan, the commentary said, and went on:

To conclude an agreement between south Korea and Japan amounts to an act of removing obstacles in establishing the U.S.-led missile defense system as there are treaties which make it possible to share military information between south Korea and the U.S. and between the U.S. and Japan.

The commentary demanded the authorities of south Korea, U.S. and Japan not push forward cooperation through the sharing of military information but take measures for preventing a vicious cycle of confrontation.

An editorial titled "Dangerous agreement on sharing military information between south Korea and Japan" was posted on the internet newspaper Voice of People on May 30.

The conclusion of the agreement is an act of shaking the security of society to its very foundation, the editorial said.

Stunning the public is the fact that Obama forced south Korea to intensify military cooperation with Japan and Park Geun Hye meekly accepted it.

The editorial demanded an immediate stop to the moves to conclude the agreement.
