S. Korean Regime Urged to Lift Confrontation Measure
Pyongyang, May 26 (KCNA) -- A south Korean opposition party on May 23 issued a statement demanding the puppet regime lift "the May 24 measure".

The statement recalled that four years have passed since the regime took the above-said measure with the warship Cheonan incident as an occasion. It went on:

Pursuant to the measure, south Korea completely suspended exchange and cooperation between the north and south of Korea including the inter-Korean trade, south Koreans' visits to the north.

However, Park Geun Hye is insisting on the "doctrine of gaining a great opportunity of unification" only.

We once again emphasize that the formation of what the Park regime calls a "committee for getting ready for unification" is not a priority task but it is the most urgent to boost the inter-Korean exchange through total lifting of the above-said measure.

The statement urged the Park to lift the measure at once and resume the long-stalled tour of Mt. Kumgang at an early date and put the inter-Korean economic cooperation and relations on a normal track.
