Park Geun Hye's Talk Lacking Reflection on Mass Killings Rejected
Pyongyang, May 23 (KCNA) -- The Council for Round-table Conference of People from All Walks of Life to Cope with Ferry Sewol Disaster in south Korea in a commentary on May 19 denounced the deceptive "talk to the people" made by the puppet chief executive, according to the south Korean internet paper Jaju Minbo.

In her talk Park Geun Hye made no mention about carelessness, irresponsibility and incompetency manifested in the ferry sinking accident, the commentary said, and went on:

She made neither mention nor reflection on the suspicion that Chongwadae was involved in media's spread of misinformation and the policy on thoughtlessly easing restrictions.

She avoided mentioning the attempt to walk away and take legal actions against citizens demanding the probe into the truth behind the disaster and punishment of those responsible. This cannot be interpreted as a truly responsible stand but it is a revelation of the intention to contain the people through hard-line steps.

In a nutshell, one can hardly understand for what Park would like to be responsible as there was no reflection in her talk.

The measures mentioned in the talk are not what should be immediately done by her, the commentary said, stressing that she should clarify how she is going to probe the truth together with the people, before taking a half-baked initiative.

People will never overlook Park seeking to shirk off the responsibility by making public the talk, the commentary noted, stressing that they would clarify for what she should take responsibility.
