On display at the venue of the lecture were photos documenting undying Songun revolutionary leadership feats of President Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Also displayed there were photos introducing the achievements made by the service personnel and people of the DPRK in building a thriving socialist nation.

The dean of Fine Art Faculty of the college said in a lecture titled "The feats leader Kim Jong Il performed by developing the Workers' Party of Korea into an invincible party will shine forever":

June 19 this year is a significant day marking the 50th anniversary of Kim Jong Il's start of work at the WPK Central Committee.

The history of his leadership over the WPK is an immortal history in which he performed great feats on behalf of the Korean nation and humankind with his outstanding political caliber.

He inherited Kim Il Sung's idea of believing in the people as in Heaven, set it as the party's supreme principle to meet the interests of the people and made sure that it was fully embodied in the party work and activities and thus developed the WPK into the party absolutely supported and trusted by the popular masses.

Though he passed away, the Korean people will register greater successes in building a thriving socialist nation, united closer around Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the WPK.
