Aquarium at Songdowon Int'l Children's Camp
Pyongyang, May 17 (KCNA) -- At the recently-remodeled Songdowon International Children's Camp in the DPRK there is an aquarium which reminds one of fairy-tale "Dragon's Palace in the Sea".

The aquarium has 18 big and small water tanks of peculiar shapes teemed with various species of rare sea creatures.

Many campers would be reluctant to leave the "Dragon's Palace", attracted by its fantastic sight.

An Chang Gil, a student of Hyesan Orphans' Secondary School in Ryanggang Province, told KCNA:

My province has no sea. Now, I feel myself in a dream, watching and touching various species of rare sea fishes that I had seen on TV and books only.

The aquarium is like a huge nature classroom. I will tell my friends about what I saw and felt at this sea palace.

Ri Il Jong, a student of Yokjon Junior Secondary School in Rajin district, Rason City, said:

Tunnel section at the aquarium is most wonderful to me. At this place, I felt as if I was in a sea cave and fishes welcomed me.

Kim Jin A, a student of Suwon Secondary School No. 1 in North Hamgyong Province, said:

I touched flat fish at a water tank.

The aquarium is a favorite place of us, campers, as it helps deepen our sea knowledge while giving great pleasure to us.
