Park Geun Hye Should Be Held Accountable for Sewol Ferry Sinking: Koreans in U.S.
Pyongyang, May 14 (KCNA) -- The actions of Koreans in the U.S. critical of the Park Guen Hye's regime are gaining in scope and strength in the wake of ferry Sewol sinking accident, according to Minjok Thongsin, an internet paper of Koreans in the U.S.

More than 300 Korean women in the U.S. and members of civic movement organizations gathered outside the puppet Consulate General in Los Angeles on May 10 and honored the memory of the school children who died in the ferry sinking accident.

They staged a demonstration, holding slogans "Corrupt and incompetent Park Geun Hye should step down", "We will die if we keep mum again" and "We denounce Park".

At the end of the demonstration, the speakers denounced the Park regime for failing to save the people from death.

The ferry sinking accident is the tragedy which should not be overlooked and Park is wholly to blame for it.

They declared they would share pain with the mothers who lost their children and carry on their actions till Park steps down.

Meanwhile, Koreans in the U.S. had full page ads titled "Park should probe the truth" denouncing the Park group carried in the May 11th issue of the New York Times.
