Striking Contrast between North and South of Korea: News Analyst
Pyongyang, May 13 (KCNA) -- The first batch of campers began on May 10 their camping at the Songdowon International Children's Camp that was newly remodeled as a palace for the children rare to be found in any other parts of the world.

Children are greatly excited and delighted to enjoy a happy camping, looking round the international friendship children's hall, outdoor playground, gym, indoor swimming pool, outdoor water park, outdoor archery ground, aquarium, birds' cages and an exhibition room of stuffed animals in the camp associated with the Workers' Party of Korea's profound love for the rising generation. They said they felt as if they were entering a deluxe hotel and a wonderland. Happy laughter is heard from those facilities.

That is why they sing the song "We are the happiest in the world."

But the fate of children in south Korea is quite different from this.

Ferry Sewol sank, claiming lives of many teenagers. The sky above south Korea is, therefore, overcast with dark clouds. The screams made by so many children before breathing their last in vast sea seem to ring loud still now.

The public is becoming increasingly critical of the unpopular rule of the Park Geun Hye group which caused such tragedy.

But the group is keen on evading the responsibility for the disaster. We would like to query has ever there been such a case in which hundreds of children were buried at the sea all at the same time.

Park who had never been called mum does not seem to care for children.

Deplorable, indeed, is Park's outlook on children as she claims to be "president" of south Korea.

The cold-blooded woman who can hardly be called woman caused the group deaths of children, far from protecting children who should be of primary concern in the field of human rights.

Quite contrary to this, children in the DPRK are enjoying themselves in the fascinating camp. Park had better keep her mouth shut. If she wants to say anything, she should admit the society in the DPRK as a heaven while that in south Korea as a hell.

A saying goes future is reflected in the eyes of children. Without children there can never be future.

Explicitly speaking once again, the society in the DPRK is like a beautiful flower garden in which children are growing up under the profound loving care of the Party for the rising generation whereas south Korea is a tundra of human rights.
