Seen in the stamp are slogan "Let Us Hasten the Final Victory through a Revolutionary Ideological Offensive!", advanced by supreme leader Kim Jong Un at the conference, and the emblem of the WPK and letters "Modeling Whole Society on Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism", the supreme platform of the WPK.

The stamp reflects the spirit of the conference that calls for holding higher the ideological theory of Juche and opening the gunfire of an ideological campaign and firing the shells concentratedly, successively and at the right targets.

Meanwhile, the Bureau brought out a stamp in commemoration of the 570th birth anniversary of Hunminjongum (Korean Alphabet).
