| Pyongyang, April 28 (KCNA) -- The rank of vice-marshal of the Korean People's Army (KPA) was conferred on Hwang Pyong So. A relevant decision was issued by the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea and the National Defence Commission of the DPRK on April 26. |
