Preemptive Attack Is Not Monopoly of U.S.: Rodong Sinmun
Pyongyang, April 27 (KCNA) -- The United States plans to deploy two more destroyers equipped with ballistic missiles in Japan by 2017, while crying out for "countering missiles from north Korea".

Meanwhile, the U.S. and the south Korea reportedly agreed to systematically carry out the "tailored deterrence strategy" against the "asymmetric threat from north Korea" which allegedly uses weapons of mass destruction including nukes and missiles and small drones.

Rodong Sinmun Sunday says in a commentary in this regard:

The U.S. is set to prevent detente on the Korean peninsula and improvement of the inter-Korean relations and to justify its armed buildup aimed to dominate the Asia-Pacific region by making the "threat" and "provocation" by the DPRK a fait accompli.

The U.S. has become undisguised in its intention to steadily intensify the military provocation, wrecking peace and stability in the peninsula and its vicinity.

The U.S., together with its allies, is calling for counteraction while claiming that the non-existent infiltration of drone. It is aimed to create a pretext for a preemptive attack on the DPRK.

The U.S. moves to establish the missile defence system is to make a preemptive missile attack, not for defence.

The U.S., however, can never stop the DPRK's just measure for self-defence although it introduces various strategies.

The DPRK does not want a war but will never show mercy for those hurting it.

A preemptive attack is not a monopoly of the U.S.
