Present there were the delegation of the Committee of the Organization of Railways Cooperation and delegations of railways of the DPRK, Russia, China, Latvia, Hungary, Mongolia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Estonia, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Poland and other countries.

Jon Kil Su, minister of Railways, made a congratulatory speech at the meeting.

He said he was pleased to meet here members of delegations of different countries.

He referred to the achievements made in the railway transport field of the DPRK in recent years.

He expressed expectation that the ever-growing cooperation among member nations of the Organization of Railways Cooperation would be conducted more closely with the meeting as a momentum.

The meeting reviewed the work of the Committee of the Organization of Railways Cooperation including freight and passenger transport for 2013.

It also discussed the functions of the leadership of the committee, the period of the calling of the next meeting and its place and other working problems.

A protocol was adopted at the meeting.
