| Pyongyang, April 23 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Su Yong Tuesday sent a congratulatory message to Abdoulaye Diop upon his appointment as minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration and International Cooperation of Mali. The message expressed belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would steadily grow and wished him success in his new job. |
