The letter said:

April 15, the birth anniversary of the President, is the day of the great fortune of the nation in which the sun of Juche rose up for the first time in the nation's history spanning five thousand years and the day of an epoch-making event in which the dawn of the era of independence broke on the road ahead of progressive humankind.

The President brought the bright dawn of Korea's liberation to Koreans in China once lived with the bitter tears of a stateless nation in an alien land, and put forward the Juche-oriented idea and line on the movement of the overseas Koreans, leading them to fulfill their national duties on the road of patriotism for the building of a strong and prosperous country, national reunification and national great unity.

Leader Kim Jong Il took warm care of the Koreans in China with the paternal love, always remembering them in the whole course of his revolutionary activities for purely carrying forward and developing the revolutionary cause of Juche pioneered in Mt. Paektu.

Thanks to Kim Jong Un who is identical to Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, the Koreans in China are living with the great pride of being the Korean nation without the slightest loneliness and sorrow in an alien land.

The officials of the General Association of Koreans in China and all Koreans in China will devote themselves to the patriotic work for reunifying the country and building a strong and prosperous country under the leadership of Kim Jong Un.
