Present there on invitation were the delegation of the General Association of Koreans in China, the delegation of the Federation of Koreans in the U.S. and other overseas Koreans delegations and other overseas Koreans staying in the homeland.

Present there were Kim Jin Guk, director of the Agency of Overseas Korean Affairs, and officials concerned.
