The floral baskets were conveyed to an official concerned on Tuesday by Assistant to the president of the Liaoning Provincial Association for International Friendly Contact Zhang Guixin who is heading the delegation of the association and Teguh Santosa, secretary general of the Indonesia-Korea Association for Friendship and Cultural Exchange, on a visit to the DPRK.
