The letter termed the Japanese authorities' moves to forcibly sell the Korean Hall of Chongryon (General Association of Korean Residents in Japan) as another evil deed.

It denounced the Japanese authorities' above-said moves as a belligerent act of scrapping the DPRK-Japan Pyongyang Declaration and an act of suppressing and repressing Koreans in Japan.

It urged Japan to liquidate its inglorious past crimes and stop its moves to forcibly sell the Korean Hall of Chongryon.

It demanded Japan immediately take measures to ensure the position and role of Koreans in Japan.
