The Indonesian newspaper International Media on April 3 carried special articles, illustrated with the portrait of smiling Kim Il Sung.

The paper in an article titled "Kim Il Sung, shining august name" said that his august name is shining as a symbol of national liberation and the era of independence, symbol of noble virtues and lofty sense of obligation and banner of eternal victory.

The paper praised him for liberating Korea, winning the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War and performing undying feats in accomplishing the cause of global independence.

Prominent figures of foreign countries who were honored to meet President admired his personality and streets, institutions and organizations of many countries were renamed after him, it said.

The paper said in an article titled "Stable Korean society" that the high socio-political stability is being ensured thanks to the absolute support of the people in the DPRK quite contrary to propaganda of some Western media.

It introduced the advantages of the Korean socialist system in which the whole country forms a harmonious family helping and leading each other forward.

The Indonesian paper The Indonesia Times on April 2 in an article titled "Happy day of the President" lauded the personality of Kim Il Sung as a great man who felt joy at devoting all his life to the people.

The Lao newspapers Pasason and Vatelao on April 2 carried articles praising the life and exploits of the President who is being deeply revered by the world progressive people as the eternal sun of Juche. The articles were illustrated with the portrait of smiling Kim Il Sung.
