The statement said:

It is none other than the U.S. which made many families and relatives live separated on the Korean peninsula. It is the chieftain of the national division as it made those Koreans live without knowing whereabouts of their kinsmen for a long period, and a heinous human rights abuser.

The U.S. is staging the dangerous saber-rattling in south Korea, the biggest hotspot in the world and a nuclear powder magazine, far from making an apology for its wrongdoings. It is the very one posing a threat to the peace and stability on the Korean peninsula and in the rest of Northeast Asia, and a human rights abuser.

In the DPRK, socialist society centered on the popular masses where the politics of loving the people and an all-embracing politics is being enforced, everything serves the people and their human rights are reliably guaranteed.

The association and Koreans in China, together with the people in the homeland, will never pardon the U.S. human rights racket against the DPRK and hostile policy toward it but smash them without fail.
