Such moves are aimed to intentionally wreck the peace and stability of the Korean Peninsula and steadily aggravate its situation.

The U.S. Korea strategy is just for a war. After deciding a nuclear war strategy as its new Korea strategy, the United States has rounded off various operation plans for its implementation while steadily raising its actual war capacity through such ceaseless joint military exercises with south Korea as Key Resolve, Foal Eagle and Ulji Freedom Guardian. Last year it announced even a "tailored deterrence strategy" that means it has finished the preparations for preemptive nuclear attack on the DPRK.

The military hardware to be sold to south Korea will serve as key means in carrying into practice this nuclear war strategy. The U.S. intends to arm the south Korean forces with latest war equipment and then use them as a shock brigade in the second Korean War.

To this end, Global Hawks are to be forward-deployed in the Korean Peninsula from Guam.

Nowadays, American strategists are of the view that though the war plans to cope with "collapse of north Korea" have been completed, south Korea's military equipment are not sufficient enough to meet the demand for preemptive attack.

Their view does not come simply from the economic interests of the U.S. It is the real intention of the U.S. to round off its military and material preparations for a new war, which need huge fund from it suffering financial shortage, by using the south Korean forces hell bent on confrontation with the DPRK, so as to easily get strategic interests in the peninsula.

With such wicked intention, the U.S. recently hindered the DPRK's peace policy and positive efforts for detente and even criticized its regular military drills as "provocation" to screw up the situation.

The facts clearly show again that the U.S. is an empire of evils, which does not hesitate to violate the destiny of any other country and nation for its own aggressive aim.

It's high time that all the Koreans turned out in the struggle to smash the war moves of the U.S. imperialists, the sworn enemy of the nation.
