U.S. Policy of Aggression against DPRK Rapped
Pyongyang, April 4 (KCNA) -- Ro Kil Nam, representative of Minjok Thongsin, an internet paper of Koreans in the U.S., released an article on Mar. 31 assailing the U.S. provocative policy of aggression.

Though they are provocative forces, the U.S. and its followers are labeling the DPRK's act as "provocation", the article said, and went on:

The U.S. is, in fact, the only country which used nuclear weapons in human history. The U.S. once threatened to mount a nuclear attack on the north.

Even at this moment, the U.S. is openly committing provocative acts by staging joint military exercises with the south Korean military.

It is none other than the U.S. which made no scruple of committing provocations by escalating military tensions on the Korean peninsula and plugging even Japan, a war criminal state, into its scenario.

The U.S. is, indeed, the worst force in the world.

It has obstructed the Korean nation's struggle for reunifying the country independently and peacefully under the banner of the historic North-South Joint Declaration and the October 4 declaration and interfered in it.

Whenever an opportunity presented itself, it perpetrated provocations against the DPRK while sowing the seeds of discord between the north and the south. Worse still, it is claiming that only the DPRK should not be allowed to launch satellites though all other countries of the world have the right to launch them freely.

The U.S. has laid hurdles in the way of the north-south reconciliation and cooperation through intervention and obstructions to the tour of Mt. Kumgang, operations in Kaesong Industrial Park and humanitarian undertakings.

The U.S. military presence in south Korea is the source of bigger disasters.

The south Korean authorities should drop their attitude of cooperating with the U.S. in its moves to isolate and stifle their fellow countrymen in the north in reliance upon it.
