U.S. Pressure Will Never Work on DPRK: Organizations
Pyongyang, April 1 (KCNA) -- Beninese and Bulgarian organizations released statements denouncing the U.S. anachronistic hostile policy toward the DPRK on March 24.

The Benin-Korea Amicable Association "Long Live Kim Jong Il, Supreme Leader" and the Benin National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea said the U.S. pressure can never work on the Korean people who regard independence as their life and soul.

The statement continued:

The DPRK was compelled to have access to a nuclear deterrence for self-defense to protect the sovereignty of the country and the nation. It is natural that the Korean people opt to continue to bolster it in the face of the constant nuclear threat from the U.S.

The U.S. should immediately stop its unjustifiable "human rights" racket against the DPRK.

It is now trying to hurt the dignity of the DPRK with the "human rights" racket but Korean-style socialism centered on the masses will make steady victorious progress.

We send full support and solidarity to the Korean people now all out in the sacred struggle to defend the sovereignty of the country and the nation.

The Bulgaria-Korea Friendship Association said as follows:

We are deeply concerned about the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK.

We extend full support and encouragement to the Korean people in their struggle against the U.S. aggression policy aimed at straining the situation on the Korean peninsula and violating the sovereignty of the DPRK.

We also strongly denounce the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK.
