Japanese Ultra-right Conservative Organization's Appeal Turned Down
Tokyo, March 27 (KNS-KCNA) -- Koreans and citizens in Japan including those concerned with Korean schools in Kyoto and Osaka, Japan turned down the shameless appeal made by the Citizens' Society against Special Privilege of Koreans in Japan, an ill-famed ultra-right conservative organization of Japan.

They recalled that the high court in Osaka on March 25 held a hearing on the appeal made by the conservative organization.

As far as the appeal made by the organization is concerned, the Kyoto District Court at the first hearing about the attack made by the above-said organization on Kyoto Korean Primary School No. 1 of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan in December 2009 ruled that the high-handed action perpetrated by gangsters was racial discrimination and breach of law, demanding the organization halt demeanors of national discrimination around the school and pay damages to it.

Those concerned with the Korean school and Koreans in Japan reminded the organization that they, greatly infuriated by the appeal made by the organization, filed a suit with the district court in order to protect pupils of Korean schools imbuing them with the pride of the nation and asserted the justice of the ruling made at the first hearing calling for disallowing racial discrimination.

Speakers at the meeting held later stated that the attack on the school was a manifestation of national chauvinism in Japan.

They declared they would never tolerate the moves to stamp out the national education and conduct a dynamic action in defence of the national education.
