The gift was handed to Premier Pak Pong Ju by Alexandr Galushka, minister for the Development of Far East who is chairman of the Russian side to the Inter-governmental Committee for Cooperation in Trade, Economy, Science and Technology between the DPRK and Russia, on Wednesday.
