Wreath Laid before Liberation Tower

| Pyongyang, March 25 (KCNA) -- Alexandr Galushka, minister of the Development of Far East who is chairman of the Russian side to the Inter-governmental Committee for Cooperation in Trade, Economy, Science and Technology between the DPRK and Russia, and his party laid a wreath before the Liberation Tower on Tuesday. Present at the wreath-laying ceremony were O Ryong Chol, vice-minister of Foreign Trade, officials concerned and Alexandr Timonin, Russian ambassador to the DPRK, and staff members of his embassy. The participants laid a wreath in the name of the minister of the Development of Far East and paid a silent tribute to the fallen fighters of the Soviet Army. Then they went round the tower. |
