Rodong Sinmun Urges U.S. to Make Policy Decision in Line with Trend of Times
Pyongyang, March 25 (KCNA) -- The U.S. is sadly mistaken if it thinks it can get something by putting pressure upon the DPRK, says Rodong Sinmun Tuesday in an article. It goes on:

The U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK will go into bankruptcy in the end.

This has been proved by the history of confrontation between the DPRK and the U.S.

The successive U.S. administrations have ever pursued the hostile policy towards the DPRK. The general orientation of the policy is to swallow up the DPRK by force. But the U.S. has suffered bitter defeat only.

The U.S. should look back upon the defeat in the past Korean War and the long-standing confrontation with the DPRK and draw a lesson.

It is the demand of the Korean people, mankind and the times that the U.S. should roll back its anachronistic hostile policy towards the DPRK.

The outdated U.S. hostile policy towards the DPRK is bound to go bust in the end as it ignores the trend of the times and fails to properly understand its rival.

It is beneficial to the U.S. itself to roll back its old hostile policy towards the DPRK at an early date and work out a new realistic policy, before it is too late.

In case the U.S. fails to make a correct choice, the DPRK's access to war deterrent will be prolonged and strengthened. And catastrophic consequences to be inflicted on the U.S will be increased so much.

The U.S. would be well advised to make a cool judgment of the situation and make a policy decision in line with the trend of the times.
