It was handed over to Kim Yong Il, alternate member of the Political Bureau and secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea by Kazbek Taysaev, secretary of Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation who is head of the visiting delegation of the party, on Monday.
