Russian Party Delegation Arrives

Pyongyang, March 23 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation arrived here Saturday. It is led by Kazbek Taysaev, secretary of Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation who is vice-chairman of the Economic Policy Committee of the State Duma of Russia.
