S. Korean Students Urge Japan's Apology and Reparation

Pyongyang, March 21 (KCNA) -- Twelve universities of south Korea including Korea University separately held demonstrations on March 19 denouncing the sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army, according to Voice of People, internet newspaper of south Korea.

The participants accused Japan of its impudent remarks that "comfort women existed in any country at war."

They held that the Japanese government should admit its past crimes and make formal apology and legal reparation.

The south Korean "government" should also actively opt for helping the victims win back the honor and rights trampled down by the Imperial Japanese Army, they charged.
